The Natchitoches City Council held a brief meeting via teleconference Monday evening, May 11 to introduce and approve the following agenda items. Mayor Lee Posey said with the stay-at-home order being lifted for the state on May 15, the next City Council meeting should be held in-person as usual. However, the City Council chambers will still be limited to 25% occupancy, which is about 25 people. Everyone has to continue practicing social distancing guidelines as well, so the Council will work on logistics as the next meeting approaches.
