PLANNING & ZONING – INTRODUCTION:

Amend Ordinance No. 64 Of 2001 By Changing Zoning Classification Of Property Described As Follows: South One-half of Lt 7, Lot 8 & East 39.4 Feet of Lt 9 of East Broadmoor Subdivision, Unit #2 from B-3 Commercial to additional B-A to sell beverages of high and low alcoholic content for consumption on premise. Application by Redolpho Vargas – 115 South Drive.

ORDINANCES – FINAL:

Amend The 2019-2020 Budget To Reflect Additional Revenues And Expenditures (PASSED).

ORDINANCES – INTRODUCTION:

Authorize The Mayor To Terminate An Existing Lease With Natchitoches Fair Association, Inc. And To Execute A New Lease In Favor Of Natchitoches Fair Association, Inc. For A Tract Of Land Located In The Natchitoches Fairgrounds, Setting The Terms And Conditions Of Same, And Authorizing The Execution Of The Lease By The Mayor, Lee Posey, After Due Compliance With The Law, And Further Providing For Advertising Of The Lease And An Effective Date.

Amend Ordinance No. 32 Of 2019 In Order To Approve The Lease Of A 0.39 Acre, More Or Less, Tract Of Land In Sections 48 And 137, Township 9 North, Range 7 West, Located On The Southerly Right Of Way Of Old Robeline Road To Emres II Louisiana, LLC, Together With An Option To Purchase Said Property, And Authorizing The Mayor, Lee Posey, To Execute A Deed And Any Other Documents Necessary To Complete The Lease With Option To Purchase On Behalf Of The City Of Natchitoches, And To Provide For Advertising.

Amend Ordinance No. 17 Of 2020 Adopted On February 24, 2020 To Provide For The Removal Of A Pledge And Dedication To The Natchitoches Economic Development District D Of The Incremental Revenues Generated By The City’s One Percent (1.0%) Sales And Use Tax Now Being Levied For General Purposes And Collected By The City; And Otherwise Providing With Respect Thereto.

Approve A Smartnet North America Reference Network Reference Station Host Agreement With LEICA Geosystems, Inc. And Authorizing The Mayor To Execute The Said Agreement On Behalf Of The City, Providing For Advertising, Further Providing For Severability, And Further Providing For A Repealer And Effective Date Of Ordinance.

Fix The Time, Day, Date And Place Of Regular Meetings Of The City Council Of The City Of Natchitoches For The Next Twelve Months (PASSED).

Establish Meeting Times And Places Of: Natchitoches Planning Commission, Historic District Commission, Airport Advisory Commission, and Waterworks District No.1 (PASSED).

Appoint Members To The City Planning Commission For the City Of Natchitoches (PASSED).

Appoint Stacy McQueary As Clerk Of The Council For The City Of Natchitoches (PASSED).

Re-Appoint William “Bill” Finical As A Member of The Natchitoches Fire And Police Civil Service Board (PASSED).

Execute A Certificate Of Substantial Completion To The Contract Between The City Of Natchitoches And Regional Construction, LLC For The 2017-2018 Street Rehabilitation Program, Phase 2 (PASSED).
