  1. Are you kidding me!! You will need somewhere else to hold this meeting. You are in a residential community, which you should not be. The house you occupy as a public office, does not have enough space for the number of people that are going to Stand Up, Rise Up against this abuse of power!!!
Why in the World of public accountancy does this commission have a surplus. Over 2,400,000.00!! Please update the online information that shows your actual expenditures to your revenues, monthly, yearly, past five years. Also your board meetings are to be published within 30days. Where are they?
Be prepared, because We the Taxpayers are going to demand this information. We have the right to see it.
Also, you hold this meeting, notifying us that you will raise, after all bills and session of the legislature is ending so a constitutional amendment cannot be entered to stop your abuse of power.
This Board, accepts group think, so this slight of hand, will get passed and the little pieces of road that the river erodes because of the size of the boats and wakes, will not make a dent in the Commissions coffers.
We appreciate the recognition that the roads along the river are partially destroyed by the river, and fall to the Commission to provide funding to fix.
Just don’t do photo ops, pat each other on the back and use my money and make it look as if it’s yours!!!
    Do the right thing!

  2. Why are they doing this if they are continuing to give the money away? If you have a surplus you don’t need to raise a thing! This is a road tax not voted for by the people!
