To our Commissary Family. We will be temporarily closed for the next several days to properly sanitize the restaurant and allow our employees to be tested after an employee tested positive for Covid-19 on July 9th. This employee has not been at work for several days and was asymptomatic and following all necessary precautions to protect you and other employees during their shift.
We will do everything necessary to reopen safely to protect you and our employees. We will continue to follow the guidelines of the Louisiana Restaurant Association and Louisiana Phase 2 Protocol during this national pandemic. Thank you for your understanding and we hope to see you soon.

I’m hoping that all businesses are as transparent and responsible as this one. There has been an increase in positive cases and hopefully these precautions will combat that.
