Rhodes Properties and Development is searching to hire a handyman to service maintenance and repairs requests on rental property. The position is full time and based out of the Natchitoches office. Some travel will be required. A company vehicle will be provided.

Job Duties:
– Perform Maintenance and repairs on residential property. Typical repairs can include but limited to; changing and/or repairing electrical and plumbing fixtures, replacing and/or repairing appliances, cleaning, drywall and painting, and flooring.
– Identify and report the need for major repairs.
– Assist trades people with related work, i.e. HVAC, electrician, and plumber.

Job Requirements:
– Basic understanding of Electric, HVAC and plumbing systems.
– Basic Carpentry skills
– Proven experience as handyman
– Valid Driver’s License
– Good Communication
– Attention to detail
– Problem solving skills
– Organizational and time management skills
