Thank you, citizens of Natchitoches, for your vote of confidence in me in last weekend’s mayoral election. Your vote tells me a couple of things about the citizens of our great city. First and foremost, you believe in exercising your right to vote in local government races which have proven to be just as important as our state and national elections. Second, as voters you believe in the current administration and the work that has been done over the last 8 years. However, there is much more progress to be made in Natchitoches, and I hope I can count on your vote again in the runoff election Saturday, August 15th.
