Monday, Aug. 31: First letter of student’s last name A-C
Tuesday, Sept. 1: First letter of student’s last name D-J
Wednesday, Sept. 2: First letter of student’s last name K-O
Thursday, Sept. 3: First letter of student’s last name P-S
Friday, Sept. 4: First letter of student’s last name T-Z
Please bring all school supplies on this first day. Label supplies with student’s name in a gallon Ziplock bag. There will be no sharing of materials/supplies.
Please bring a water bottle with name on it. Students will not be able to drink out of water fountain; there will be bottle re-fillers installed throughout the school.
Bus and Car rider drop off will begin no later than 7:20 each morning. Carline will close at 7:40.

Remember ALL students MUST wear a facemask.
Teachers will be calling this week and next to provide information for the pickup of iPads and books for virtual students.
Pickup appointments will take place the week of Aug. 31 from 9 am – 2 pm in the carline, and will take approximately 20-30 minutes.
Parents must be present to complete release paperwork and login to iPad and Google Classroom.
Parents who have not registered will have to have the paper packed completed with an ID and proof of residency before the materials can be handed out.
There will be a Virtual Open House link posted for Weaver Elementary Tuesday, Aug. 25 prior to 5:30 p.m. Monitor the M. R. Weaver Elementary Facebook page and NPSB Website for access. Parents will have the opportunity to hear important school information. Questions can be messaged to us on our Facebook page or an email address that will be provided for public questions.
Any virtual students who plan to pickup breakfast/lunch from the school will need to have a Virtual & A/B Student Meal Pick-Up Consent Form completed. These forms are available at the Child Nutrition Office at 300 Parkway Drive, Natchitoches. Forms are outside and can be filled out and placed in the drop box. Forms are due by Monday, Aug. 24.
