Kirk Soileau, Chief Executive Officer of Natchitoches Regional Medical Center (NRMC) spoke to the Rotary Club of Natchitoches at their Nov. 2 outdoor meeting at the Prudhomme-Rouquier House. Soileau gave a comprehensive update of COVID-19 and answered many questions about the virus.
