At the December meeting of the Natchitoches Parish School Board, Superintendent Dr. Grant Eloi presented the board with a Strategic Plan “Ready, Set, Grow Natchitoches, NPSB’s Plan for Excellence.”

The Natchitoches Parish School Board has spent the last several months carefully crafting a strategic plan that shows everything NPSB hopes to accomplish in the next 5 years. “Ready, Set, Grow Natchitoches” illustrates the vision and mission of NPSB. The plan is broken up into 8 different categories which layout each sector’s goals and objectives for the next 5 years.

The district is looking for input from parents, students, teachers and community members before it finalizes the document and submits it to the board in January for approval. If anyone has any criticisms, suggestions, or thoughts email strategicplan@nat.k12.la.us.
