Applications for Natchitoches Technology in Education Grant Open March 2021

The A+ Coalition, an initiative of the Natchitoches Area Chamber of Commerce, is proud to once again offer the opportunity to apply for the Technology in Education grant to all Natchitoches Parish educators. Up to $7,000 will be awarded to an educator for innovative technology used to advance learning and enhance the skills of students. The A+ Coalition will be accepting grant applications starting March 1, 2021 and will close applications on March 31, 2021. Applicants must be currently employed by a Natchitoches Parish school, serving students in Pre-K through 12th grade in an educational setting. Any educator may apply, and the number of applications are not limited; however, all applications must be submitted through the school Principal. Upon receipt of applications, the Natchitoches Area Chamber of Commerce staff and the A+ Coalition Committee members will conduct a thorough study of each application. The grant will be awarded in early May 2021.

Educators can now access the grant requirements to begin preparing for the application and brainstorming ideas for the innovative technology their students would most benefit from. The grant requirements are available at
