NCHS graduate receives Gracie’s Gift Scholarship Award

Mr. Aaron Lawrence Warren is the recipient of the Annual Gracie’s Gift Scholarship Award.

Gracie Helaire Roberson retired after 35+yrs of service at the local Natchitoches ARC. After passing away in 2014, her daughters began to continue her display of love for individuals with exceptionalities, through this scholarship.

Mr. Aaron Warren is a 2021 graduate of NCHS. His mother plans to enroll him in classes that will aid him in social skills, peer relationships and independent living skills, just to name a few. He is a member of the St. Paul MBC, where Rev. Leo Walker Sr. is the Pastor.

He is the son of Ms. Windy Robinson and grandson of the late Creola Robinson. Active in his day to day achievements are his aunts Sharon Williams, Denise Mitchell, Tamika Warren and his uncle Ronnie Robinson.

Gracie’s Gift committee consists of her daughters; Michelle Roberson, Brenda R. Sarpy and Sheree Roberson. This is the 6th scholarship given since 2015, and we would like to thank all of our sponsors this year making this another successful year.

Congratulations Aaron!
