I hope Natchitoches really honor Sylvia for all she did and tried to accomplish in Natchitoches. She was a leader and left an awesome impression on me. The community of Natchitoches was made better by her resilience and determination to make Natchitoches better, especially the Black community. She will be missed and always loved. RIP Sylvia Morrow.
