The purpose of the hearing is for the City Council to review a decision of the Natchitoches Planning and Zoning Commission at the August 10, 2021 meeting that DENIED the application regarding 12.436 Acres on St. Maurice Lane to develop the Glendale Subdivision, single-family residential subdivision (37 Lots).
