NPSO EXTENDS SYMPATHY TO THE FAMILY, FRIENDS AND CO-WORKERS OF NATCHITOCHES PARISH FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT #5 FIRE CHIEF JOHN A. NICHOLAS

Sheriff Stuart Wright and the deputies of the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office extend our condolences to the family, friends, and co-workers of John A. Nicholas who suddenly passed away during medical event at his residence on Tuesday, September 14th, 2021.

John served as Natchitoches Parish Fire District #5 Chief, an Emergency Medical Technician with Natchitoches Regional Medical Center Emergency Medical Services, a Natchitoches 911 Commission Board Member and Inspector with the La. Department of Public Safety Liquefied Commission as a L.P. Gas Inspector.

John was a dedicated public servant to the State of Louisiana and always willing to assist with emergency or non-emergency matters in Natchitoches Parish.

We salute John A. Nicholas for his service.
