Lakeview FFA members and agriculture students had the opportunity to learn about money management from Bank of Montgomery employee Sarah Giannone, who spoke about the importance of building credit, opening a savings account, and how to calculate interest. This workshop reinforced the lessons learned in Agriculture II student’s Supervised Agricultural Experience where students research careers, practice for an interview, and create and maintain a budget based on their chosen career. We appreciate Bank of Montgomery and Giannone for taking the time to talk to our class!
