Natchitoches Parish Fire Protection District 9 was dispatched to this mobile structure fire in the 100 block of Bright Star Church Road by the Natchitoches Communications Center ( E-911 ) at 12:37 pm on Thursday Jan. 27. Units arrived 8 minutes later to find heavy fire coming from the structure. Heavy stream devices were used to knock the fire down, and then firefighters entered the structure to finish extinguishing the fire.

There was no one home at the time of the fire, and the cause is still trying to be determined by firefighters.
