Natchitoches Scout Troop 60 will hold a Flag Retirement. Ceremony on Monday, Feb. 21 at 4:30 PM at Parc Natchitoches. This event is being held by Troop 60, the Natchitoches Lions Club, the American Legion Post 10, the Natchitoches VFW, and is brought to you by the Netami District of the Norwela Council for the Boy Scouts of America.
