At close of business on Friday, March 4, Kisatchie Bayou recreation area in Natchitoches Parish, Kisatchie Ranger District, will be closed for construction. The District does not know at this time how long it will be closed, but once the work on stabilizing the bank begins, rangers will have a better idea on how long it may take and will update the public.
