Revelers of the Krewe of Excellence visited Touch of Grace, Courtyard of Natchitoches and Natchitoches Nursing and Rehabilitation facilities on Fat Tuesday. “Sharing the Spirit,” was the 2022 theme for the annual blitz hosted by the krewe. In song, slight dance and Mardi Gras “throws,” the participating revelers were able to see smiles from many at the aforementioned facilities.
“It is our intent to encourage and share with the day guests and residents-the spirit of Mardi Gras, respectively,” said Judith Hayes-Walters, coordinating-from the Krewe of Excellence.
