Building its 18th location in Pineville, BOM needed some extra room to support its new branches opening throughout Louisiana and two locations in East Texas.
BOM bought the old bowling alley property on Hwy. 6 from its owners, who were BOM customers. The owners had announced their retirement and were trying to sell their land and business. An ice storm had caused the roof to cave in, so the building needed to be demolished.
The bank is building a roughly 4,000-5,000 sq ft storage facility with fencing and security cameras. It will house furniture, equipment, non essential paperwork, and the bank’s mobile ATM machine when it’s not in use.
