DESCRIPTION: Clean vacated apartments, including disassembling and leaning stoves and refrigerators; clean floors/wax floors with electric buffer; transport buffers, cleaning materials & supplies from worksite to worksite.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: The successful applicant shall have at least 1 year of cleaning experience and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

POSITION: MAINTENANCE REPAIRER

 

DESCRIPTION: Makes minor repairs (frequently) and major repairs (occasionally) to the interior/exterior of buildings &, employing basic skills in the plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and related fields; performs user maintenance necessary to keep equipment clean and in working order, etc.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: The successful applicant must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-15 pounds of force frequently. Must climb a ladder, physical demand requirements are in excess of those for light work and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
