The Kiwanis Club of Natchitoches met on May 18 where club president Craig George opened the meeting. George discussed club updates on the October 7 5K Color Run and Pancake Festival fundraiser. George announced the slate of officers from the nomination committee: Craig George, President; Cle’Lie Aubin, President-Elect; Tiffany Gourdon, Treasurer; Directors Micah Murchison, Russell Meissner, and Meghan Sylvia.

 

Craig George introduced past president Ron Brown who gave the club a history of the Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) and introduced guest speakers Donna Deason and Tiffany Waters who discussed how Good News Clubs worked in the schools as well as their goals for the area.
