Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office Deputies and multiple units from Natchitoches Parish Fire Protection District #9 responded to the scene of an abandoned structure fire on Aug. 13 around 1:30 pm on Robinson Street in Campti according to the Natchitoches Parish Sheriffs Office.

 

The fire had spread into nearby woods. Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry officials responded with dozers to assist in containment of the fire. No other structures were in danger.

 

A Statewide Burn Ban remains in effect.
