Natchitoches Parish President John Richmond announced on Aug. 15 that Good Hope Road is closed to all traffic at the site of a timber bridge located approximately 2 miles south of Hwy. 120. Issues with this bridge will require its replacement with a pipe structure. The duration of this closure is expected to not exceed two weeks.

Motorists can access the portion of Good Hope Road south of this bridge site from the Longleaf Vista.
