APHN’s Third Grade Children’s Tour was held Sept. 25-29. Schools from all over the parish participated with eighth grade students from NSU Middle Lab School and Natchitoches Magnet School portraying historical characters at certain sites. Members and friends of APHN assisted as well as the Lions Club as did the staff of the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame and Northwest History Museum. A grant from Cane River National Heritage Area provided funds to assist.
