Rotarian with the Program Josh Manuel introduced the Managing Principal, Planner/Architect Ken Tipton, Jr. along with the team of Doug Ashe, Lucie Carter, SonJa Jefferson Miller, and Michael DeSoto. Also in attendance were Natchitoches Mayor Ronnie Williams, Jr. and President of the Natchitoches Chamber of Commerce Laura Lyles. Tipton showed a slide presentation of the future Master Plan for Natchitoches NEXT including the four key questions and the six guiding principles.
