Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Deputies and Natchitoches Parish Fire Protection District #1 responded to NATCOM 911 Center reports of a vehicle fire on June 22 around 4:55 pm on I-49 northbound near milepost #113 at Chopin according to the Natchitoches Parish Sheriffs Office.
911 callers reported observing several people near and around the vehicle. Deputies say the vehicle was a total loss. There were no injuries. Dispatch reports on a vehicle make and model are limited at this time.
