A new chapter in Natchitoches real estate began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on March 31, hosted by Janice Bolton of Bolton Realty, marking the brokerage’s official merger with CENTURY 21 Buelow-Miller Realty. The event, attended by local business leaders, city officials, and community members, celebrated the union of two well-respected real estate firms, expanding services and opportunities for home buyers and sellers in the region.
Bolton Realty, founded in 2006 by Janice Bolton, has been a trusted name in Natchitoches real estate for nearly two decades. A native of Natchitoches and an alumna of Northwestern State University, Bolton has dedicated her career to community development, having worked with the Louisiana Department of Urban and Community Affairs and the City of Natchitoches before launching her own brokerage.
“This merger ensures that the legacy we’ve built will continue to thrive,” said Bolton. “I’m excited to see our agents gain access to enhanced resources and technology while continuing to serve Natchitoches with the same dedication to excellence.”
The merger brings a new era of opportunity for real estate in Natchitoches, strengthening local market expertise while integrating advanced tools to benefit both buyers and sellers. With Bolton’s deep ties to the community and CENTURY 21’s global reach, the partnership is set to redefine real estate services in the area.
