The Natchitoches Police Department has arrested Jamel Toliver (B/M, 26 y.o.a. of Natchitoches) for obscenity.

Natchitoches Police Department officers were dispatched to a business in the 900 block of Keyser Avenue on April 4 around 4:59 pm in reference to an individual acting inappropriate inside the store. Upon officers’ arrival they made contact with a representative from the business who said that Jamel Toliver, the suspect, was observed on video surveillance following customers while gratifying himself in a sexual manner.

Jamel Toliver was placed under arrest without incident and is charged with obscenity and was placed in the LaSalle Corrections / Natchitoches Detention Center.
