
Dr. Mary Edith Stacy, the current Dean of the College of Business & Technology, has been promoted to be the Dean of the Graduate School at Northwestern State University (NSU).
Dr. Stacy has worked at NSU in multiple different roles for over 30 years. She has served as Coordinator of University Scholarships, Director of Auxiliary Services, Director of Enrollment Management, Instructor of Psychology, Adjunct Instructor in Psychology, and Adjunct Instructor in the School of Business. She currently holds the position of Assistant Professor (untenured) in the School of Business while serving as the Dean.
Dr. Stacy has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and a Master of Education (MEd) in Sports Studies, both from NSU. She also obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Vocational Education from Louisiana State University.
Dr. Stacy took over as the Dean of the College of Business & Technology in Fall 2021.
The College of Business & Technology includes the four (4) majors of Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, and Hospitality Management and Tourism.
