On behalf of administration, teachers, and staff at Natchitoches Central we would like to say thank you to Coach Regan Kaufman and wife Kaylee for the last 6 years of service to our school and student-athletes.
During Coach Kaufman’s tenure as head coach our Chiefs’ Baseball Program has achieved historic heights with record season wins, playoff appearances, and playoff wins. Not only has our program achieved unprecedented accomplishments but our individual athletes have benefited from Coach Kaufman’s guidance. This year’s team saw five NCHS student-athletes sign to continue to play at the division I level for baseball, honors unseen prior to Coach Regan Kaufman’s time here.
“Regan Kaufman is first and foremost a great man, dad, and husband. I believe that is the most important thing to put in front of our young men in this program. Not only that, but Regan is a great competitor who is able to teach baseball fundamentals, a love of preparation, and pride in who his young men are. I admire Coach Kaufman as a coach, a dad, and a man. I can’t thank him enough for building this Chief Baseball Program to where it is. Our school, community, and every young man he has coached is so much better because he’s been a part of their lives.”
