The Natchitoches Police Department Narcotics Division has arrested, Roy Roe (W/M, 62 y.o.a. of Montgomery), after receiving a tip about narcotics being sold at the hospital.

On July 1, 2025, agents with the Natchitoches Police Department’s Narcotics Division received a tip that an individual was selling narcotics from their hospital room. Narcotics Agents made contact with Natchitoches Regional Medical Center personnel and advised them of the complaint. Agents then spoke with Roy Roe, the suspect, and located approximately 9 grams of suspected methamphetamine in his hospital room

Roy Roe was placed under arrest and is charged with possession of schedule II (methamphetamine) and taking contraband into a hospital.
