Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Criminal Patrol Units were working near the city limits of Natchitoches Tuesday around 7:01 p.m. when they initiated a traffic stop on St. Maurice Lane. A search of the vehicle led to seizure of suspected methamphetamine, suspected marijuana and a firearm.
One arrest has been made. This is an ongoing investigation. Deputies are in the process of booking the suspect into LaSalle Corrections Center. At the time of this report, suspect name information is not available. Additional information will be released when it becomes available.
