Due to illness last week the regular monthly Village meeting had to be rescheduled. The meeting will take place this Thursday, July 24 at the police depot at 6 p.m.

The Heritage Society will also hold a meeting on Thursday, July 24 at 4:30 pm in the Heritage building to finalize the festival agenda.

Our sign fundraiser is doing well and the signs have been completed and will soon go up. We’re grateful for all our many sponsors.

The Heritage Society held its pageant on July 19 and had great participation. The 2025 Court will be Baby Miss-Madalynn Kirts, Toddler Miss-Tatym Davis, Mini Miss- Logyn Raye, Tiny Miss- Kinsley Miner, Little Miss- Raelee Stockton, Petite Miss- Corlee Mitchell, Deb Miss- Bexlee Henderson, Jr. Miss- Alayna Clements, Teen Miss- Jaylen Brister, Ms.-Jessica Clements, Miss- Laken Marie Ferguson.
