A new eatery, The Concession Stand of Natchitoches, is preparing to open its doors at 105A Church Street.
Owned by Shelly Haigh, the business will offer a variety of treats and menu items, including rolled ice cream, snow cones, dirty Alani’s, dirty sodas, fresh-squeezed lemonades, fresh salads, quesadillas, and more.
