The City of Natchitoches would like to advise the public that Dixie Street will be closed from Sarah Street to Gold Street on Thursday, Sept. 4 and Friday, Sept. 5. The closure will occur daily from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with the area reopening each afternoon.

This street closure is due to contractors completing water line tie-ins. Please adhere to detour signs during this time. When traveling near the work zone, motorists are advised to exercise caution and observe all warning signs.
