The Natchitoches Parish School Board announced that Tammi Ritchie, who was hired last week as the district’s new Director of Finance, has resigned from the position for personal reasons.
Ritchie’s resignation comes just days after she accepted the role, which oversees the district’s budgeting, payroll, purchasing, and financial reporting.
Superintendent Grant Eloi acknowledged the decision and emphasized the importance of financial leadership for the district.
The School Board has reposted the position and will begin seeking another candidate to fill the role.
