The Natchitoches Parish Government would like to inform the public that its main phone lines are currently down. This is due to a service issue with its provider, Pelican. The NPG is unable to receive incoming calls currently. However, its staff is on-site and working regular business hours. The NPG can make outgoing calls and are actively working with Pelican to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
