Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s deputies and Natchitoches Parish Fire Protection District #9 were dispatched by the NATCOM 911 Center to a reported vehicle fire on Aug. 7 at 1:30 pm on La. Hwy 486 (Cooley Loop) north of Campti, according to the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office. The 2004 Ford pickup truck was a total loss. There were no reported injuries.
