Overlaying Lateral Lane with hot mix will begin Monday, Aug. 17. Motorists are asked to avoid Lateral Lane during this phase of construction and use alternate routes.

Motorists should watch for heavy equipment and trucks entering and exiting the work zone. Local access only.
