Robeline Chief of Police Shelby Borders is thanking residents for their continued support following his reelection to another term.

Borders said he is grateful for the confidence Robeline citizens have placed in him and described serving as chief of police as both an honor and a responsibility.

“I express my sincere gratitude to the citizens of Robeline, Louisiana, for their continued confidence in me serving as their chief of police,” Borders said. “I am humbled and honored to have been elected again for the next term of service.”

Borders said his department will continue focusing on public safety, assisting victims of crime and serving the community.

“Being chief of police, our team will continue the mission of standing up for victims of crime and ensuring that the community stays safe and cared for,” Borders said. “We look forward to continuing serving you.”

Borders closed his message with a commitment to the community: “Committed to our community. Honored to serve. Together, we stand.”
