Natchitoches Regional Medical Center has introduced Nattie, a new AI-powered assistant designed to help patients and community members quickly find information about NRMC.

Available by text message, Nattie can answer common questions about NRMC services, providers, locations, hours and other resources. Nattie is available 24 hours a day, providing a convenient way to access information without waiting for regular business hours or navigating complicated systems.

“Finding the right healthcare information should be simple and convenient,” said Kirk Soileau, CEO of NRMC. “Nattie gives our patients and community members another way to connect with NRMC and quickly find information about our services, providers and locations, whenever they need it.”
