The Natchitoches Parish Council on Aging honored its caregivers with a luncheon Sept. 16.

The organization thanked its caregivers for helping take care of seniors and recognized Pauline Avis with Shreveport Rehabilitation Hospital for speaking to the caregivers.

The Natchitoches Parish Council on Aging also thanked the following vendors for bringing door prizes and helping serve the food: Ginger Prince with Harbor Hospice, Parker Lee with Compass, Laura Lee with Specialty Rehab, Tameka Walker and Kelcie Sepulvado with Superior Hospice, Nikki Fredieu Booker with Centerwell Home Health, Katrina Booker with Wal-Mart and Maxie Gourdon with Hand in Hand Hospice.
