The City of Natchitoches would like to inform residents and businesses in the Grand Ecore/Highway 6 East area of a scheduled water outage on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The temporary outage is necessary to allow City Utility crews to repair a broken 10-inch water main serving the area.

Areas expected to be affected include:

• Maryland Road

• Hargis Road

• Rex Waterwell Road

• Dawn Street

• Boston Fowler Road

• O’Con Street

• Payne Subdivision

• John Drive

• Cherie Loop

• Keith Drive

• Mary Drive

• Miller Drive

• Brickyard Road

• Hoover Road

• Buck’s Grocery Road

• Pridgen Road

• St. Savior Church Road

• Industrial Avenue

• Holden Road

• Grand Ecore Spur Road

• Tauzin Island Road

• Natchitoches Parish Port

• Village of Clarence

City Utility crews will work diligently to complete the repairs and restore water service as quickly as possible. Please note that the estimated restoration time is subject to change depending on repair conditions.
