The City of Natchitoches would like to notify residents and motorists of temporary road closures scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 20 from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. to allow crews to install Christmas lights in preparation for the upcoming holiday season.
The following sections of Second Street will be closed:
- Lafayette Street to Church Street
- Church Street to Amulet Street
- Amulet Street to University Street
Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes and exercise caution when traveling near the affected areas. The City of Natchitoches appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation as crews work to prepare the city for the Christmas season.
