Lott Oil is pleased to announce Mark Massia as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer and President. Massia brings more than two decades of experience with Lott Oil and a deep understanding of the company’s operations, employees, customers, and communities.
Massia joined Lott Oil in 2003 in the Transportation Department. Throughout his career with the company, he has served in several leadership roles, including Transportation Supervisor, District Manager, Director of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer, gaining extensive experience across the organization.
Reflecting on his new role, Massia shared:
“Over the past 61 years, Lott Oil’s success has been built on the values established by Luther Lott Sr. and carried forward by Buddy Lott, with a strong commitment to the company’s customers, employees, and the communities it serves. I am truly grateful to the Lott family for the opportunities they have given me since I joined the company in 2003. It has been an honor to work alongside so many dedicated people. Moving forward, our plan is to continue focusing on our customers, supporting our employees, and investing in the communities we serve, while remaining true to the values that have guided Lott Oil for generations.”
Michael Lott, expressed his confidence in Massia’s leadership.
