Visitors attending the 2026 Natchitoches Christmas Festival will have an opportunity to support local senior citizen programs through RV and camper parking provided by the Natchitoches Parish Office of Community Services (OCS).
Proceeds from the parking area will benefit OCS senior citizen programs in the community.
OCS has been given the use of a parking lot at the corner of Third and Church streets to accommodate Christmas Festival visitors traveling in self-contained RVs, campers, fifth wheels and trailers during the December 4-5 festivities.
The parking lot will officially open Friday, December 4, at 5 p.m., with an attendant on-site until the conclusion of the festival Saturday night. Visitors must enter the lot from the Church Street side.
Parking Fees
Parking fees are based on vehicle type and length of stay.
For RVs, campers and fifth wheels:
- Friday, December 4, and Saturday, December 5: $120
- Saturday, December 5, only: $80
For vehicles other than the vehicle pulling the camper or fifth wheel:
- Friday, December 4, and Saturday, December 5: $30
- Saturday, December 5, only: $20
Reservations and Parking Information
Advance payment is required to secure a reservation. Once payment is received, OCS will provide confirmation and a parking permit allowing entry into the designated RV parking area.
Those reserving a space must provide information about their vehicle, including whether it is a motorhome 30 feet or shorter, a motorhome 31 feet or longer, or a camper or fifth wheel. Visitors must also indicate whether they plan to use slide-outs.
Additional parking guidelines include:
- Pets are restricted from the downtown area under a city ordinance.
- Generators should be turned off between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. as a courtesy to other campers.
- Festival armbands may be purchased in advance through the Chamber of Commerce by calling 318-352-2746 or visiting natchitocheschristmas.com.

The parking initiative provides a way for Christmas Festival visitors to support the Natchitoches Parish Office of Community Services’ senior citizen programs while securing parking accommodations for the holiday festivities.
