NATCHITOCHES PARISH PRESIDENT RICK NOWLIN ISSUES EMERGENCY DECLARATION

Natchitoches Parish President Rick Nowlin has declared a State of Emergency due to potential effects of the flooding conditions. Mr. Nowlin urges all citizens to take notice and prepare accordingly.
