The Natchitoches Parish council held a Public Hearing last night authorizing the Parish President to enter into a NON-Federal Sponsor agreement with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the Continuing Authorities Program of the Cane River Bank Stabilization Project.  The attached Ordinance was approved unanimously by the council.   The ordinance approved the attached letter from President Rick Nowlin to the Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District.  See link below:
