The Natchitoches Parish Library kicked off this year’s celebration of National Library Week with face painting, a popcorn machine and a weeklong forgiving of late fines. The week will culminate with an ice cream party and  drawing for prizes for writing on the theme of “Why I like the Library.” Everyone is invited to visit their library and join in the festivities.
